This site is operated by Smart Locker Romania SRL – hereinafter referred to as the Company, a limited liability company, organized and operating in accordance with the laws of Romania, having its registered office in Bucharest, Str. J2019006382409, unique registration code RO41113511, telephone number 0758.118.631 and e-mail address sales@duliot.com.
The sale and delivery of products is made throughout Romania, based on a purchase contract concluded in Romanian.

Product price
The price of the products is the one displayed on the product presentation page, as well as in the shopping cart, once it has been added. The price includes 19% VAT.
Shipping is free throughout Romania.
Upon request, installation and configuration services can be provided, which will be invoiced separately, depending on the customer’s requirements.
The availability and price of products may be subject to typographical errors, which will be corrected as soon as possible.
The price you must pay is the one at the time of purchase.

Payment methods
Payment can be made by bank transfer, after issuing the purchase invoice, to the account specified on the invoice.

Order confirmation
After placing your order through the shopping cart/order form on the site, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is equivalent to the purchase offer, but does not represent the final acceptance of your order by the Company. After placing your order, you will be contacted by a representative for confirmation and to establish any necessary services. The acceptance of your order will be notified to you by email, at which point a sales contract will be concluded between the Company and you, for the product(s) ordered. The purchase is conditional on the payment of an advance of 50% of the total price. The order acceptance email will also inform you of the estimated delivery time, in the case of products that are not in stock at the time of the order. For products in stock, the delivery time is 5 working days.

Invoice
Upon sending the order, you will receive an email with the invoice for the difference attached. This email will also contain the warranty and any instructions for handling the product(s) ordered.
The legal warranty regarding the conformity of the products is granted by the Company in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 449/2003 on the sale of products and the warranties associated with them, as well as Ordinance No. 21/1992 on consumer protection, and the warranty conditions are provided in the warranty certificate accompanying the delivered product.

Transport
Transport is carried out by our own means throughout Romania. Its cost is included in the product price. You will be contacted at least 24 hours before delivery to confirm the possibility of receiving the goods.
If you are not present at the delivery or postpone the delivery for various reasons, the second delivery is at an additional cost. Also, if you request to postpone the delivery by more than 7 days, storage is at an additional cost.
It is possible that an order may suffer delays during busy periods and during the winter, due to weather conditions.

Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the product, its return can be made within 14 days of receiving it. In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for ensuring appropriate transport, as much as possible in the original packaging, or in packaging that ensures the necessary conditions for safe transport. Damaged products with marks of blows and mechanical shocks will not be accepted for return.
If you wish to return a product, you must notify us by email, before shipping the product.
Following receipt and verification of the return, within 14 working days you will be reimbursed the amount initially paid, less any costs of additional contracted services, such as installation and configuration.

Complaints
The legal guarantee regarding the conformity of the products is granted by the Company in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and the guarantees associated with them, as well as Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, and the warranty conditions are provided in the warranty certificate accompanying the delivered product. The warranty period is calculated from the moment the products were delivered to you and is granted only based on the tax invoice.
